How payment works
When you post a shift, the full cost is charged instantly and held in escrow.
Guards only see funded shifts — so your postings fill faster.
If a guard clocks out early, the unused amount is automatically refunded to your card.
If a shift isn't picked up or you cancel it, you're refunded in full.
