I agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge I am an independent contractor, not an employee of SameDayShifts.

I understand that SameDayShifts is not my employer. I work as an independent contractor. SameDayShifts is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring during shifts. I am responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage.

I consent to electronic signatures and electronic records for all documents signed on this platform (E-SIGN Act consent).

I understand that SameDayShifts uses AI tools to assist with shift recommendations and document review, and I have read the AI Disclosure.

I agree not to solicit, hire, or work with any guard/employer discovered through SameDayShifts outside of the platform for a period of 12 months after my last platform interaction. Violation results in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action.

I understand that when an employer books me for a shift, they will have access to view my credential documents — including my security license, background check report, and professional certifications — to verify my qualifications for the assignment. My government ID and tax documents (W-9) are never shared with employers.

I am 18 years of age or older and hold a valid security license for my state. I understand Sameday Shifts currently operates in DC and Maryland.
